FAQs

  • With a custom training program, we can work around whatever equipment you have access to! Whether you’re training from home, an apartment gym, or a big box gym, I’ll write you a program that will progress you regardless of what equipment you’re working with. If training from home, you may eventually want to invest in heavier weights as you get stronger.

  • Absolutely not! Your custom training program will meet you at your current fitness level and progress you from there.

  • Online coaching is great for anyone with specific fitness goals, limited access to equipment, or with a past injury history that needs to be considered in their programming.

  • No. You will only have access to your current and past workouts as long as you are an active client. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to my app and any past workouts.

  • I approach every single client differently based on their unique goals, challenges, and lifestyle. We will work together to determine small actions and habits that we will build on over time to eventually reach your end goal. We’ll track consistency, as well as any other stats you’d like to track for progress, to gauge how well it’s working and make adjustments as needed.

  • Only if you want to! Tracking can be a very useful educational tool to use temporarily, but if numbers aren’t your thing, we’ll use other science-backed strategies to help you reach your goals.

  • No. Providing a meal plan is outside the scope of practice for a personal trainer and nutritionist (only registered dietitians can provide meal plans). I prefer to educate and empower you to make your own meal decisions versus telling you exactly what to eat.
