Personal Training

Private and semi-private sessions available in-person (Philadelphia only) or virtually via Zoom. Sessions start at $85 with pricing packages available. Minimum commitment of two sessions per week.

Train with me in person at Philly Personal Fitness at 1140 Frankford Avenue in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia.

FAQS

  • Sessions run between 50-55 minutes. I pride myself on always running on time!

  • Sessions will consist of a dynamic warm up, followed by a full body strength and conditioning session tailored to your current goals and fitness level. No cookie cutter workouts and no winging it as we go! I’ll always provide technique cues and form feedback so you can learn as you train.

  • I will keep track of your reps, weights, and any other important notes each training session to ensure that you’re progressing your strength and technique each week.

  • Absolutely not! I have trained clients at varying fitness levels and ages ranging from 22 to 65. Your training program will be designed to meet you wherever you are.

  • Nope! The cost of your session includes full access to the gym during our time together.

  • Any session cancelled within 24 hours of the session will result in a loss of the session. Sessions cannot be booked less than 24 hours in advance. That’s it! You’re not locked into a contract and you can end our training relationship at any point.
