FAQs

  • You can jump into the Pure Performance membership at any time. New workouts will drop the first of each month, with a new training focus each month to keep you progressing all year long. You will be billed monthly for your subscription until you cancel.

  • Expect to train power, max strength, hypertrophy, and muscular endurance, while also working on mobility and aerobic capacity. Each month will have a different main focus, but will always be a well-rounded training program to keep you progressing month over month. Workouts will be 45-60 minutes in length. Get in, get it done, and get on with your day.

  • Pure Performance workouts will include equipment like barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, and other standard gym equipment. As long as you have a public gym or home gym with this equipment, you’ll be good to go. Modifications are always provided in case your gym doesn’t have a specific piece of equipment.

  • Pure Performance workouts are for the intermediate-advanced gym goer. You should be relatively comfortable in the gym and comfortable using barbells and kettlebells, but modifications will always be provided for any exercise if you’re not quite there yet or if your gym doesn’t have a specific piece of equipment.

  • Pure Performance is great for the intermediate-advanced athlete who is comfortable in the gym, ready to level up their training, and doesn’t have any major injury considerations.

  • No. You will only have access to your current and past programs as long as you are an active member. If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to my app and any past programs. If you leave the membership and come back, all of your previous results will be saved!
